You will learn how dealing with external\n\nsituations and set backs becomes so much easier when\n\nyour internal foundation is solid. This is a hands on\n\ninteractive experience during which you will learn\n\nstrategies for strengthening the integrity of your inner\n\nself to create the environment for growth and\n\nachievement.\n\n\n\nThe morning begins at 8:30 am with check-in\,\n\nnetworking and a light breakfast. From 9:00 am -\n\n11:30 am\, the workshops include both individual and\n\ngroup work and will leave you with actions and steps\n\nyou can put into practice right away!
